School Visits

Carrick’s Farm Enterprises has proven to be extremely popular with many schools in providing group visits for children. We offer special rates to include free places for accompanying adults. The farm provides a wealth of educational visit opportunities, particularly for Primary School children.

 

As well as being a safe environment in which to learn about animals and nature, the farm provides fun for all our visitors.

The educational activities are focused on and around the farm. However, the varied landscape of the farm, including the ponds, hedgerows, woodland and tidal shoreline of the River Wensum, offer a remarkably diverse yet compact outdoor classroom for self-guided field study.

• Tractor and trailer ride round the farm
• Experienced guide
• Toilet facilities and refreshments
