Carrick Farm Butchers

Recently a cold store and cutting room has been established at Park Farm.  This now enables cattle reared and fattened on the farm to be offered for sale to the public. Meat is also supplied to Hunter’s Hall and Darby’s Pub.

Although in its infancy, this business seeks to satisfy a growing public demand for top quality, fresh, traceable food, produced with minimal environmental impact.
